Is there an extra charge for distance from West Hills?

No. We do not charge travel fees or mileage for projects within Los Angeles County. Your estimate includes all travel. For projects in far-reaching areas like Claremont, Palmdale, or Long Beach, we schedule efficiently to minimize drive time.

Do you handle permits in every city?

Do you serve Calabasas, Malibu, and other unincorporated areas?

Yes. We serve unincorporated LA County areas and neighboring cities including Calabasas, Malibu, Topanga, Altadena, La Cañada Flintridge, and others. These areas often have unique permitting through LA County rather than city departments, and we navigate both.

Can you work in my HOA community?

Yes. We work in HOA communities throughout LA County. We prepare Architectural Review Committee (ARC) submissions, attend review meetings on your behalf, and ensure all work complies with your CC&Rs. The ARC approval process typically takes 30–60 days.
