This 1926 Tudor Revival in the Hancock Park HPOZ (Historic Preservation Overlay Zone) needed window replacement due to deteriorated wood frames and failed single-pane glass. The HPOZ Board requires replacement windows to match the original style, proportions, and material.

NP Line Design coordinated HPOZ Board approval and installed 14 Marvin Signature Ultimate wood windows with custom divided lite patterns matching the original 1926 configuration: 6-over-1 double-hung in the living areas and casement pairs in the bedrooms. All windows feature dual-pane low-E glass meeting Title 24 energy standards while maintaining the historic appearance. Interior wood trim was matched to the existing profile. Exterior trim was painted to match the approved HPOZ color palette.
